A Revolution in Single Cell Genomics featuring ResolveDNA™ and ResolveOME

Primary Template-directed Amplification (PTA) is the most advanced whole genome amplification system on the market and is used to investigate cellular heterogeneity across a variety of samples. PTA overcomes many of the challenges associated with traditional WGA, drastically improving uniformity, yield, and accuracy in the data.  In this lunch and learn, we will discuss applications of ResolveDNA™ including applications in tumor biology and analyses of microbial diversity.  Additionally, we will briefly discuss the integration of ResolveDNA™  with our new ResolveOME technology, combining whole genome with complete full-length mRNA transcriptome from individual single-cells.
