Digital Sorting of Pure Single Cells and Pure Populations of Cells For Precise Genomic Analysis

DEPArray technology identifies, isolates, and recovers pure single cells and pure populations of cells from heterogeneous samples. It is the only technology to combine microfluidics with microelectroincs and microscopy to isolate pure tumor and pure stromal cell populations from FFPE samples.
Single Circulating Tumor Cells can be isolated from enriched blood, pools of pure Tumor, EMT, TILs and Stromal cells can be isolated from disaggregated FFPE tissue blocks as well as live cells can be isolated from fresh tumor or tissue.
Pure, DEPArray™ sorted cell populations reveal quantitative genetic variants in tumor populations that would be unidentifiable when analyzing unsorted cell populations. Performing loss of heterozygosity (LoH), copy-number variation (CNV) analysis, and low-pass whole exome genome (WES) sequencing on pure populations of tumor cells not only simplifies downstream bioinformatics analysis but saves both money and time.
