The DEPArray Plus system enables a powerful, pure cell recovery from complex biological samples to resolve heterogeneity, especially with rare target cells from liquid biopsies, FFPE specimens, etc. The DEPArray Plus uses 9 immunofluorescent channels to confirm the phenotype of each cell, and then uses dielectrophoretic control to move the precise cells of interest for isolation as either single cells or pools of cells. UF Alumni Cameron L. Lilly, Ph.D., will describe the system and its capabilities, and highlight how DEPArray isolates rare cells with single cell precision.
