Single cell RNA-Seq has become a required tool in today’s genomics research. Droplet-based approaches are effective, but struggle against flexibility, experimental design, and scale. The Evercode split-pool combinatorial barcoding technology was originally demonstrated in a 2018 Science paper with SPLiT-seq and substantially improved to meet modern researcher’s needs.
