Important Dates and Submission Deadlines for Fiscal Year End

Please note: Due to the University of Florida Fiscal Year End, the last invoices to process for FY2023 will be created on Monday, June 12th. ICBR’s upcoming billing schedule will be altered as follows:

• 6/12/2023 – Last invoices generated in fiscal year 2023
• 6/19/2023 at noon – Deadline to submit disputes for FY2023 payment.
• 7/3//2023 – Invoices will begin to be created for FY2023

If you have expiring funds, please work with your core laboratory contact to make sure your project is completed and billed before the 6/12/2023 invoices are posted.
