We invite you to submit an abstract for our lunchtime poster session showcasing noteworthy and impactful discoveries from UF investigator labs. This is an opportunity to share and recognize exceptional research, with the chance to win awards. 

Abstract/ Poster Session Information 

Please submit your abstract for thorough review and consideration as early as possible, as poster space is limited. Submissions will be selected on a first come, first served basis, prioritizing the most relevant ones. The deadline for abstract submission is March 29th, and we will notify you by April 8th regarding the selection of your abstract. Please keep your abstract concise, with a maximum length of 350 words. Each abstract should have only one presenting author, and each presenting author is allowed to submit only one abstract.

We recommend using posters with dimensions of 36 inches by 48 inches to ensure a proper fit on our 4 feet by 5 feet poster boards. It is mandatory for all presenters to arrange and set up their posters by 8:45 am on the day of the event, which is scheduled for April 18, 2024.

Poster Presentation Awards:

1st Place:
Prize: $1,000 in ICBR Usage Credit

2nd Place:
Prize: $500 in ICBR Usage Credit
