Malvern NanoSight NS300

The NS300 is a nanoparticle counter and sizer.  It illuminates the particles with a 488nm laser.  A video camera records light scattering from the particles, and the software generates size profiles through nanoparticle tracking analysis, based on their Brownian motion.  Fluorescence discrimination of particles is also possible.  Samples containing nanoparticles in aqueous solution in the size range of 70-1000 nanometers can be measured.
