BD FACS Symphony S6 Sorter

The BD Symphony S6 cell sorter has 5 lasers (UV, Violet, Blue, Yellow/Green and Red) with 28 fluorescence detectors. The instrument can collect up to 6 different populations into 5 mL tubes or Eppendorff. It can also collect cells into 96 and 384 well plates. The S6 offers improved sensitivity to enable the identification and analysis of rare cell types and events, thereby enabling deep and broad cell phenotyping.
