Rotary cryo-microtome enclosed in a temperature-controlled box (-35oC – 0oC). Frozen samples could be sliced into 5 to 100 micrometer sections. Typically used for histological sections. Equipped with UV chamber disinfection and vacuum-assisted waste removal.
