Leica TCS-SP5 Spectral Confocal Microscope

Laser-scanning spectral confocal (LSCM) inverted microscope for fluorescent samples. Objectives: 10x dry, 20x dry, 63x water, 40x oil, 63x oil, and 100x oil. Eight visible laser excitation lines: 405, 458, 476, 488, 496, 514, 543, & 633nm. Three spectrally tunable fluorescence emission channels which are user adjustable via the software for wavelength and band width. Motorized XY stage movement. Software: Leica LAS-AF on a Windows 7 workstation.
