PacBio & Twist Bioscience Lunch & Learn

Join us for a lunch and learn where your local PacBio and Twist teams will update you on the newest applications and best practices for using targeted approaches for long-read sequencing with PacBio and Twist Bioscience technologies.

PacBio will discuss PureTarget and targeted sequencing best practices. Your local rep, Emily Reynolds, will present on PureTarget, a new and reimagined product that combines CRISPR-Cas9 technology for target enrichment and long and accurate HiFi reads to sequence the most challenging genomic regions at scale. Your local PacBio Field Applications Scientist, George Yuan, will provide information on best practices when using PacBio technologies for targeted sequencing.

Twist Biosciences will present methods for RNA-Seq and cfDNA library prep with an emphasis on using these tools for long-read sequencing. Your local Twist Field Application Scientist, Aileen Ferraro will cover Twist’s newest products and target enrichment strategies.
