Microbiome – from full length 16s to metagenome assembly

Join ICBR and your local PacBio team for a lunch and learn session to explore the advantages of using long read sequencing for understanding complex microbial populations and functional annotations. In this seminar, PacBio will discuss tools designed for Microbial Genomics research, covering taxonomic profiling, metagenomic profiling, and metagenomic assembly using HiFi technology. Through practical examples, PacBio will show how HiFi technology can significantly accelerate your research.
