Join us for an exciting event where Illumina will introduce the new NovaSeq X instrument at the ICBR NextGen DNA Sequencing core. This session aims to provide a clear overview of the instrument and highlight its key differences compared to the NovaSeq 6000. The event will also cover various applications that can be achieved with this instrument, thanks to its lower sequencing costs. These applications include whole genome single cell sequencing and methylation sequencing. Additionally, the NextSeq 2000 and the assays enabled by the 600 cycle kit, such as clonotyping, will be introduced.
