Sony ID7000 spectral cell analyzer demo with Cytometry Core

April 23 @ 9:00 am - April 25 @ 5:00 pm

Sony ID7000 spectral cell analyzer demo with Cytometry Core

The ID7000 spectral cell analyzer supports high-parameter flow cytometry by delivering comprehensive information about heterogeneous cell populations, with high sensitivity to detect dim and rare populations. This new technology streamlines high-parameter experiments and multicolor workflows. Novel features, including the Spectral Reference Library, save time. The Autofluorescence Finder allows researchers to identify and subtract contributions to the signal from auto fluorescent populations, thus ensuring higher fidelity of data and more accurate visualization.

Cytometry/ICBR will host a demo of the Sony ID7000 from April 23rd to 25th from 9:00am – 5:00pm at our MBI location (L3-160). Additionally, we will be hosting a new Sony ID7000 seminar on April 23rd from 10:00am to 11:00am in room L4-101 (MBI)

The ID7000 demo instrument will have 6 lasers and 186 detectors. The system enables researchers to perform experiments using 50 colors or more.

If you would like to run some samples, please contact icbr-cytometry@ad.ufl.edu and test this new technology with us.
