ICBR Billing Schedule Update: Key Dates for Fiscal Year End 2025

Please note: Due to the Fiscal Year End, the last invoices to process for FY2025 will be created on Monday, June 9th.  ICBR’s upcoming billing schedule will be altered as follows:

• 6/9/2025 – Last invoices generated in fiscal year 2025
• 6/16/2025 at noon – Deadline to submit disputes for FY2025 payment.
• 6/30/2025 – Invoices will begin to be created for FY2026

If you have expiring funds, please work with your core laboratory contact to make sure your project is completed and billed before the 06/9/2025 invoices are posted.
