Cytek Aurora

The Cytek Aurora spectral flow cytometer uses spectral technology to optimize sensitivity and enhance dim signal detection. This 3-laser (Violet, Blue and Red) system with 38 detectors can detect the full spectral emission of each fluorochrome off each laser excitation, accommodating fluorochromes from BV421 to APC-Fire 810. Spectral unmixing works well for single color assays to high parameter panels due to less photon counting errors, tighter populations, and autofluorescence extraction making difficult high autofluorescence tissues/cells easier to analyze
