CytoFLEX Flow Cytometer

The Cytoflex LX has 6 lasers (Blue, Red, Yellow/Green, Violet UV, and IR) with 21 fluorescence detectors. It can aspirate samples from 5 mL, Eppendorf tube and 96 well plate. This platform has extensive repositionable band pass filters and Avalanche Photodiode Detectors instead of PMTs for increased sensitivity. This instrument runs CytExpert software.
