Whether it’s an intimate seminar or a sizable symposium, UF ICBR values it vendors and the information they provide our staff and community. Please take a moment to fill out the form below. Keep in mind, our event spaces are open to the entire UF community, which can result in limited room options during busier parts of the academic year. More lead time often allows for better room options and increased turnout.

NOTE: Completing this form does not guarantee your event. Submissions will be reviewed by ICBR administration for relevance. Upon approval, ICBR will advertise via website and newsletters. If desired, please provide your own flyer and/or marketing materials (omit any UF branding from materials). ICBR will not host registration, please provide link or other means for collecting registrants.
