I need a method that is quantitative
Whether you want to do absolute or relative quantitation of your target, you need to reliably be able to detect signal saturation and work within the linear dynamic range of your assay. With HDR detection profile and analysis Wes gets you up to 6 logs of dynamic range. This means less time optimizing to get within the linear detection range of your assay.
My sample is precious and I don’t have enough for other methods
Traditional immunoassays often ask too much of your precious sample. You end up having to pool samples together or be content with getting just a few data points per experiment.
