UF ICBR billing and service requests are powered by Agilent CrossLab. Ready to request a service? Log into CrossLab and submit a request. New to CrossLab? Click here to become a customer
Request services for: a) library construction (Standard DNA-Seq, PCR-free DNA-Seq, Bisulfite-converted and RRBS) and sequencing on the NovaSeq X Plus; b) Sequencing of customer-constructed libraries (i.e, any type of pre-constructed libraries). Sequencing formats (10B flow cell 2×150, 2×100, 2×50; 25B flow cell 2×150). Please submit samples in 1.5 ml tubes with clear labeling.
Request services for: a) library construction (Standard DNA-Seq, Ultra-low input DNA-seq, PCR-free DNA-Seq, and Bisulfite-converted) with sequencing on the MiSeq; b) Sequencing of core-constructed libraries or customer-constructed libraries (i.e, any type of pre-constructed libraries). Sequencing formats (2x300v3, 2x250v2, 2x150v2, 2x75v3, 1x300v2, 1x150v3, 1x50v2).
For For single-cell (sc) RNAseq, sc-CNV, sc-Tcell V(D)J, Standard RNAseq, Exome capture library preparation, please see Gene Expression and Genotyping Core services.
Request services for: a) low output sequencing for pilot studies. b) library construction (Standard DNA-Seq, Ultra-low input DNA-seq, PCR-free DNA-Seq, and Bisulfite-converted) with sequencing on the iSeq; c) Sequencing of core-constructed libraries or customer-constructed libraries (i.e, any type of pre-constructed libraries). Sequencing format (2×150).
Request services for: a) Library construction (long-insert DNA-Seq, barcoded amplicon-Seq, and IsoSeq) and sequencing on the PacBio SEQUEL IIe; b) Sequencing of core-constructed libraries or customer-constructed libraries (i.e, any type of pre-constructed libraries). Sequencing formats (10-30 hour movies).
Long-insert size: 1-25 kb with or without ELF-based size selection. Barcoded amplicons or barcoded genomic DNA: 0.5-10 kb. IsoSeq: from RNA or cDNA, with or without size-binning.
The SEQUEL IIe has a sequencing output of 4-5 million polymerase reads (each 10-30 kb long) per SMRT cell. This instrument is ideal for de novo sequencing of any genome size. It also works well for sequencing IsoSeq libraries with or without size binning. We use the most current consumables and software available to perform and construct libraries and sequencing runs.
Request services for: a) Library construction (long-insert DNA-seq, barcoded amplicon-seq, cDNAseq with or without amplification, and direct RNAseq); b) Sequencing on either the MinION or the PromethION-24.
Long insert library construction: a) 1-60 kb genomic DNA with or without ELF-based size selection, with or without barcoding; b) cDNA-seq with amplification, with or without ELF-based size selection.
The Oxford NanoPore (ONT) is a powerful and flexible sequencing platform that is capable of unique applications that include: ultra-long genomic reads, direct RNA sequencing and adaptive sampling. For low-throughput applications or pilot runs, the MinION device is sufiicient with 512 available nanopore channels. Large-throughput applications can be processed on the PromethION-24, with up to 24 flow cell nests, each containing 2675 nanopore channels.
Request general services: Bioanalyzer, TapeStation, Qubit Assays, Assisted use of Covaris for sample fragmentation, Fragment Selection (ELF-based or gel-based), Sample/library clean-up and Load only sequencing instrument runs, Library pooling and pool quantitation, Library construction only.
